the breakfast was reasonably priced, the personnel was pleasant, the bed was extremely comfy. non-smoking unit with a nice decor. and we loved the beautiful view.

No words to describe how I enjoyed staff and location. Soft beds, an air conditioning, a safe and satellite TV were a nice touch. That was stunningly beautiful hotel set in fairly quiet area, near picks up passengers, eating places, a supermarket. A memorable stay.

The location was pleasant, reasonable breakfast and discreet staff. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. And it also had excellent view. There was an amazing restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door. Service was HELPFUL in the business hotel.

The breakfast was extensive, the pool was very clean, the beds were amazing. Liked the way our standard twin room was arranged. Generally everything was lovely, nevertheless the bathroom was smelly.

Staff and service were great, and everything was very clean. We liked the superb decor of our room. There was newsia ekspress bus station, located extremely close to the hotel, just in case. Furthermore, we could use free Wi-Fi.

We requested a standard queen room with SPECTACULAR view and were completely satisfied. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Georgetown district. The hotel is in a superb position and the airport is 9 miles away. Really loved the excellent restaurant.

good value, you might want to try it. characterful base for a vacation in penang! within a walking distance of the restaurant test kitchen. we really enjoyed our stay thanks to free wi-fi in the rooms as we needed it.

The hotel of choice in Penang. Easy access to Penang International airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away. Cafe Jen, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We enjoyed the fact that we chose cititel express penang.
